Shipping and Free Return*

In NOVI® comfort starts from the first day. Shipping and returns are free in Bogota*, and on the date that you choose, our specialists will install your mattress in the room you wish, removing and discarding any of the packing materials. For other cities, see conditions with one of our advisors.

Trial of 100 Nights

We want you to sleep quietly. That's why, in NOVI®, you can test out your mattress at home for 100 nights. If it is not what you expected, we will help you with the return process according to our terms and conditions. Let your rest, without the risks!
